Since 2015, our work connecting digital services for both public and private clients has earned us numerous awards and major national projects, and ranked us in the Financial Times’ shortlist of Europe’s fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022).
2015
Creation of Nova Tech Integrated Solutions (5 employees).
Initiation of largest and most complex public sector implementations of new concepts for balancing and securing application traffic, to ensure both system resilience and to direct users based on geographical location. Currently serves approximately 150.000 unique citizens, 85.000.000 Events, 72.000.000 API data queries and 2.300.000 secure accesses per day as well as averts 1.500.000 WEB attacks per day.
Beginning of largest and most complex national migration of a complex web services system in heterogeneous technologies to a unified platform for management, access and security.
National premiere implementation of a sophisticated attack detection and fully localized mitigation environment (APT, 0-day, etc.) through innovative AI-based analysis technology.

Largest national-level implementations of public sector functional architectures based on new concepts such as SDN (Software-Defined-Networking), SDS (Software-Defined-Storage), and SDDC (Software-Defined-DataCenter), including complete security of 'Software-Defined' technology stack.
Implementation of the largest Next Generation Firewall (NGF) equipment for the perimeter security of all communication networks, including institutional interconnections, in one of the most complex national communication environments in the public sector.

Implementation and national premiere in the public sector of access security architecture based on multiple distinct authorization and audit zones, separated through extensive customization of Air-Gap technologies.
Public sector implementation of an innovative, distributed mechanism for encryption, digital signing and audit of transactions and data across Air-Gap delimited communication zones.
Public sector implementation of complete PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) infrastructure, including distributed authorities for digital certificates and distributed servers for digital signatures, in multiple distinct authorization and audit zones, delimited by Air-Gap at the communication level.
Upgrade of critical Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity infrastructure to ensure continuous functionality of the RO-ALERT project, so that any Main Data Center malfunctions do not impact service operation and including transparent, real-time migration of services to the Secondary Data Center (full recovery without service interruption times).

Largest public sector implementation of innovative multi-factor authentication and single sign-on mechanism, integrated at all applications level, as well as level of all security, monitoring and access control elements. Metaminds emerged from the desire to bring a new and innovative perspective to Romania's digitalization process. We gathered both tools and knowledge necessary to handle everything digital – from complex national infrastructures and competitive business challenges to daily administrative tasks. Since this very beginning, the proper integration of technology solutions and digital services required that we master the entire life cycles of our clients’ projects, from design and conception to implementation and support.

This early range of responsibility defined our holistic approach to handle complexity. Treating tech as infrastructure pushed us to invest in both resources and people, ahead of others. As a result, we spearheaded industry-firsts in automation, orchestration and performance while successfully implementing some of the largest national projects in the IT&C sector, regularly introducing technologies for the first time in the country.

He is a high-level and highly seasoned Romanian tech executive, currently CEO & Co-founder of Rōnin - the startup crowdfunding platform that reached 1 mil. EUR in under 1 year since inception.
He operates at the top of METAMINDS leadership structure in a non-executive role, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, bringing to the company over 24 years of experience and achievements in top positions at multinational organizations. Instrumental in new strategic role Ovidiu is taking on, is his experience in attracting investment for fast growing companies.

He has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry in Romania, 13 of which were spent in the sales departments of IBM Romania and HP Romania, where he built a solid sales experience for both the public and private sectors, eventually reaching the position of Sales Director at IBM Romania. He is recognized for his innovative approach in leading METAMINDS, adapting to market challenges and anticipating IT&C technology needs. These qualities make him a remarkable leader in Romania's technology industry and a role model for entrepreneurs in the IT&C sector.

She has over 20 years of experience in financial management in companies from IT, Telecom, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Automotive, and Manufacturing industries, with significant positive impacts on financial performance. She has managed projects worth over $800 million and contributed to the creation of complex financial structures. Her portfolio of competencies and results includes a wide range of specializations in the financial field – Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Risk Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Chief of Corporate Services & Board Member
He has over 18 years of experience in project management and consultancy on national projects for governmental organizations, municipalities, and private sector companies. In parallel, he has contributed to specialized works in the IT field within the project "Innovative Augmented Reality Technology Platform for Inspections, Maintenance, and Field Services in Critical Infrastructures."

He is one of the best professionals in the industry, with over 20 years of experience in designing, integrating, securing, and optimizing complex IT architectures. He has high-level skills and extensive experience in the implementation, integration, and operationalization of advanced processing, virtualization, storage, and security solutions for large and very large public and private organizations, both domestically and across Europe. He holds expert-level certifications from some of the world's largest technology manufacturers, including Dell Technologies, VMware, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks. He has played a crucial role in building and strengthening the technical team, which includes experts recognized at both the local and European levels.

He is one of the top experts in securing communication infrastructures and application services, recognized in the industry both locally and across Europe. He has over 20 years of experience in developing complex, scalable, and resilient technical solutions for securing digital ecosystems in the following areas of expertise: communication infrastructures, data management and integrity, system security, user security, application and service security, application and service load balancing and security, network-level visibility, security operationalization, threat intelligence, security event correlation, identity and access policy management, application service support, integration and presentation, and application performance optimization.
