Project Manager with skills in Media and Communication
We are looking for a Project Manager with skills in Media and Communication to join the Metaminds team, who will coordinate and monitor the implementation of the brand and communication strategy across multiple channels. The right candidate will be responsible for tracking the implementation of marketing, PR, internal communication, and social media plans, ensuring they are aligned with the new Metaminds identity and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Communication Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of communication campaigns and their outcomes across all relevant channels (including digital, social media, and PR).
- Collaboration with Brand and PR Agencies: Working closely with agencies to request materials and services that support the company’s strategic direction. This requires a good understanding of the new brand and the ability to request what is needed at the right time.
- Marketing & PR: Coordinating marketing and PR initiatives, maintaining strategic coherence, and creating a significant market impact through well-targeted and tailored campaigns.
- Event Management: Managing internal and external company events (e.g., team-building activities, participation in fairs and industry events, etc.).
- Internal Communication: Supporting clear and effective communication within the team and ensuring all members are aligned with the brand’s objectives and messages.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring campaign and initiative performance, analyzing results, and constantly optimizing strategy based on data.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and media/communication roles (preferably with experience both in an agency and client service).
- Planning and Organizational Skills: Ability to create and track action plans, meeting deadlines and performance indicators.
- Marketing and Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of digital communication channels and experience in managing social media campaigns.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with external agencies and internal teams.
- Results-Oriented: A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions to maximize the impact of campaigns.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Flexibility and proactivity in implementing initiatives, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in strategic direction.
